The Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences values and takes into account the views of students as internal stakeholders. Students may submit their feedback to the Graduate School directly through the student feedback form and indirectly through their student representatives. Feedback received directly is evaluated at the meeting appropriate to its subject. For indirect feedback, student representatives are invited to meetings held within the Graduate School and their feedback is evaluated. Meeting agendas, the date and time, and the meeting format (in person or online) are shared with the student representatives; although they do not have voting rights, their signatures are included in the meeting minutes as evidence of their attendance.
