NOTE:

According to Article 21(4) of the Graduate Education and Training Regulations: "For the student whose thesis proposal is accepted, the thesis monitoring committee meets at least twice a year, once between January-June and once between July-December. The student submits a written report to the committee members at least one month before the meeting date. This report includes a summary of the work done so far and the work plan for the next period. The student's thesis work is determined as successful or unsuccessful by the committee. A student who is found unsuccessful by the committee twice consecutively or three times intermittently shall be dismissed from the higher education institution."

In accordance with this explanation, the exam date can be created at most 1 month later. Since the exam date cannot be set after December 31 for the Fall semester and June 30 for the Spring semester, the thesis monitoring date cannot be determined after these deadlines.
