NOTE: According to Article 21(4) of the Graduate Education and Training Regulation: "For students whose thesis proposal has been accepted, the thesis monitoring committee meets at least twice a year, once between January-June and once between July-December. The student must submit a written report to the committee members at least one month before the meeting. This report summarizes the work done so far and outlines the plan for the next period. The committee evaluates the student's thesis work as successful or unsuccessful. If a student is deemed unsuccessful twice in a row or three times in total, their enrollment is terminated." Accordingly, the exam date can be scheduled for at least one month later. Thesis monitoring dates cannot be set after December 31 for Fall semesters and June 30 for Spring semesters.
